Delivery Time
The delivery of your order to mainland Greece usually takes 1-3 business days. In had to access areas or islands the delivery time may be longer.
Return Terms & Withdrawal Period
The following conditions must be met in order for the order return to be accepted.

Μπορείτε να επιστρέψετε τις αγορές σας βάσει της ισχύουσας european legislation. For returns exceeding the 14-day period, we reserve the right to refuse to change the product.
All returned items must be received by us in the original condition you received them, with no signs of damage or use. If the product does not meet the above conditions it will be returned to the sender and the delivery cost will be charged to him.
Refunds
The merchant must refund you within 14 days of receiving the cancellation request. However, it may be delayed to refund you if you do not send the products or the receipt back.
Money refunded must include shipping costs that you paid when you made your purchase. However, the trader may charge additional shipping costs if you request a non-standard delivery (such as an emergency delivery).
For card transactions, the refund will always be on the same card as the transaction and not otherwise (e.g. cash, money transfer, etc.).
